We collect information about you for two reasons: to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We only collect information when you volunteer it while registering your details for online payment – you also have the option to refuse any future marketing emails from us.

Shipping
United Kingdom Delivery - FREE
All orders are sent via tracked mail. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for us to process your order. We offer Post Office/Royal Mail delivery option for free: Tracked 48 (usually 3 working days delivery once the item is dispatched but not guaranteed). If you want us to ship your order via a courier company, please pick this option when finalizing your purchase, this type of shipping is chargeable (£10). Delivery takes usually around two days.
Europe Delivery

UK VAT of 20% will now be deducted from your order at the checkout. The order may be subject to your country's import VAT which will be charged as it enters the country and passed onto the recipient to pay directly. If you are residing in the UK and purchasing items for a gift for someone abroad we would recommend having them delivered to yourself and then sending them on declaring them as a 'gift' on the customs declaration form.

Return & Refund
Our returns policy is 14 days from the date of receiving your handcrafted jewellery. You do not have to provide a reason. If you request a refund later than that, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you’ve informed us. To be eligible for a return, your glasses chains must be unused and in the original packaging wherever possible. Returned items must be undamaged, with no scratches or broken parts. Any jewellery that has been personalised cannot be returned or exchanged since they are an individual, bespoke piece of jewellery. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase - this can be your order confirmation email or order number.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your chain. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please have in mind it will happen within 14 days of receiving your goods back. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Repairs & replacements
We will repair or replace an item if you return it within 6 months - unless we can prove it was not faulty when you bought it.
If you ask for a repair or replacement after 6 months, we will ask you to prove that the item was faulty when you bought it.
